The Bubble Laundromat

A short film I wrote, directed, and edited during my MFA at Sapir College. The film looks — cinematically and intimately — at the loaded, public space of a neighborhood laundromat.

It screened at the South Film Festival in 2022 alongside the other Sapir thesis films. The piece sits inside a longer fascination of mine with charged places — rooms where private life leaks into the public, and the other way around.
